Science considers our clinical trial the latest milestone in the graphene field!

Science magazine published a featured article on the 20 year anniversary from the now ´classic´ Novoselov et al. paper in 2004 describing the isolation of graphene with the Scotch tape method. They highlight our first-in-human clinical trial using the graphene neural interface developed with INBRAIN Neuroelectronics, currently running at NHS Salford Royal as the latest major milestone in the 20-year lifetime of the whole graphene and 2D materials field, in this timeline:

Professor Jose Garrido the Co-Founder of INBRAIN and close collaborator of the Nanomedicine Lab is explaining in the article the significance of the technology and how the EU Graphene Flagship funding facilitated this achievement.
