Kiana obtained an MSci Pharmacology degree from the University of Manchester in 2021. Her dissertation addressed novel discoveries in GPCR pharmacology. During her final year project, she investigated the potential of time-restricted feeding as a therapeutic intervention against metabolic dysfunction induced by chronic glucocorticoid treatment. As a medical writer, she created content within the dermatology and rheumatology fields.

Kiana joined the Nanomedicine Lab in December 2021 as a Research Technician in the NanoTherapeutics team, assisting on cancer therapeutic projects.
