Hanan presents at the CRUK RadNet Symposium

Last week, the Cancer Research UK Radiation Network hosted the first UK-wide CRUK RadNet PhD/Postdoc Symposium at the Crick Institute.

The event intended to nurture future leaders of the RadNet initiative and was focussed on early career scientists and clinicians in radiation research. The symposium provided an ideal setting to develop new collaborations across the network.

As part of RadNet Manchester, Hanan presented her research on the use of the nano-omics platform developed in our group for the discovery of blood biomarkers and molecular pathway analysis to guide radiation treatment. Hanan presented her results based on the processing of clinical samples that were collected from cancer patients before, during and at the end of radiotherapy.
