BBC Radio 4 live interview on graphene device in the clinic

BBC Radio 4 Today programme interviewed Kostas live at 6.45am! They were interested in the first-in-human clinical trial enrolling patients at the moment, using the graphene neural interface devices we have co-developed with the ICN2 Advanced Electronic Materials and Devices Group. We hope this trial will pave the way for graphene and other 2D nanomaterials in medicine.

The BBC Radio 4 Today programme remains one of the UK’s most influential news broadcasts, reaching around 6 million daily listeners, maintaining a solid listener base with its in-depth reporting and interviews, crucial for political and current affairs discussions across the UK. Listen to its presenter, Nick Robinson, discuss with Kostas about the ongoing trial (interview from 53:20 to 57:30 mins).
